Granite Paint

Description

Granite paint is a decorative effect completely imitates natural granite stone coating. Its component mainly contains resin emulsion, natural color sand, composite rock chip and a small amount of mica, forming from pulsing accessory ingredient and water. Approved by simply spraying or coating, formed on the surface of the building resembles natural granite stone texture coating. It makes a deep impression on its elegance, harmony, solemn beauty, vivid natural effect.

Construction equipment and requirements

1. Air compressor: power 10 above, adequate and stable gas, at least with two pipes (outlet pressure 7-8 kg / cm +), to meet the construction of two or more persons.
2. Stone paint spray gun: single shot and hole, the nozzle diameter 6-8mm.
3. Batch painting knife: coating granite coatings require use the elastic steel spatula.

Substrate: For concrete or cement interior & exterior wall, as well as asbestos cement board, wood, gypsum board & polyurethane foam.

Construction process

Procedure:  base level treatment, primer application, the main material construction, finishes construction

Basic requirements: before construction the surface should be fully dry, firm, smooth, no dust, no grease, no salt and other foreign matter; the surface of base level strength should be 5KGf/degrees Celsius +, low ph 10, moisture content below 10%.

Construction environment: temperature at 5degrees Celsius-40degrees Celsius, relative humidity less than 85%, can be used upon request spraying or coating.

Attention:

1. The distance of scaffolding and wall should be approximately 30cm.
2. No need spray parts and objects, should be separated with baffles or paper.
3. Temperature should be above 40degrees Celsius
4. No smoke, no fire while construction
5. Use elastic steel spatula
