------Brief introduction

China Vibrate Screen Machine consists of top cover, top screen fame, spacer, bottom screen fame, the base space and the screen box.  The  has the features of  reasonable design, simple structure, smooth operation, fully closed structure, dust-free dye, stem hole, anti-sticking nets etc. Especially the urea which with strong hygroscopicity, big viscosity, easy to plug holes and sticky for sieving. 

------Working Principle

China Vibrate Screen Machine utilizes a gyratory-reciprocating motion, gyratory screener gives a combination of actions to the materials as it passes along the screen surface. It begins with a horizontal circular motion at the feed end, gradually changes to changes to elliptical motion at the center, and finally to a straight-line motion at the discharge end, keeping the material in constant contact with the screen surface without deterioration.

------Application

China Vibrate Screen Machine is a new screening device which is developed mainly aiming at screening of bulky urea and fertilizer, also used widely for screening sugar,salt,activated carbon, sand, stone powder, grain etc.

1) No vertical vibration, longer life span of mesh (6 – 12 months).

2) Less conveying equipment is required for elevating material to the feed point.

3) All components are easily accessible and removable for ease of disassembly and cleaning.
4) Every layer is installed with an anti-blocking and cleaning facility, which is able to clean mesh while sieving.
5) Lower headroom permits operation in confined areas, reducing cost of building and maintenance.

6) Exterior is designed for easy cleaning. Exterior permanent joints are either welded continuously, or strip welded and filled with epoxy.
