Nylon resin, with superior properties, is widely used in packing, automobile components, and building material field. Nylon resin is featured with hygroscopicity, therefore, it usually takes 2 to 3 hours to carry out the drying process before production. And for recycled Nylon resin, it even takes 7 to 8 hours.

Nylon Desiccant Masterbatch  is a new type of functional masterbatch specially developed for eliminating the moisture in Nylon resin. With a small adding rate into the Nylon resin before production, it saves the drying process and carries out the production process directly. Nylon Desiccant Masterbatch is a kind of environment-friendly plastic material and can save production time, energy and cost.

 NY168 can be applied in virgin and recycled Nylon resin.
