The equipment is used to sterilize packed food such as canned food, pouch, box-packed food and so on. It also suitable for liquid sealed in bottle. Water immersion sterilizer is wildly applied in food processing industry to sterilizer meat, poultry, soy, egg and so on.

Structure

1.It consist of cauldron body, pot cover, opening device, locking wedges, safety interlock, sterilizing basket or plate, steam spray pipe and several orifices.

2. The pot cover has applied inflatable Silicone rubber seal, which is reliable sealed and durable.
