1. Used for manufacture of coldwork dies, punches, cold cutting scissors, drill bushes, Gauges, Wiredrawing dies, coining dies, draw bench boards, drawing dies, thread rolling dies, etc.
With high abrasive resistance and small shock load.
2. Used for processing of cutters made of materials which are not hard
3. Used for plastic moulds with high abrasive resistance and long service life
Description:
1. DIN 1.2080, AISI D3, JIS SKD1, Cr12 cold work tool steel
2. Hot rolled condition, annealing, black surface
3. Hardness: ≤ 255HBS;
4. Hot rolled technology: EAF+LF+VD
5. Ultrasonic test standard: SPE1921-GR3, CLASS D/D or E/E
