GZP series high speed Tube sheet CNC drilling machine
This equipment is mainly composed of bed and vertical slide, gantry and horizontal slide, the vertical ram drilling power head, chip conveyor, hydraulic systems, cooling systems, centralized lubrication systems, electrical systems, pneumatic systems and other components.
A. Feature OF Tube Sheet CNC drilling machine:
a) Mainly used to drill flange, heat-exchanger ,tube-sheet and the inner & outer ring of big slewing bearing ring .
b) Precision spindle , high speed drilling with slight milling function.
c) Directly transfer of CAD/CAM, automation and high precision can be realized.
d) Spindle box of the machine are adopted cast iron formed resin bonded sand process and reasonable layout of ribs to provide good stiffness and steadiness.
e) The bed and worktable of the machine are adopted cast iron formed resin bonded sand process and reasonable layout of ribs to provide good stiffness .Good rigidity ,and steady .
f) The heavy spindle group with high quality adopted belt roller provides ultra-large torque output capacity.
