It belongs to the overlaying welding Wear resistant electrode, high carbon high chromium alloy are the main elements of it. It contains large amounts of M7C3 primary carbide or complex carbide. It is developed by the latest science and technology, so it has stable electric arc and outstanding wear resistant performance. Overlaying welding layer possesses the following merits: high hardness, good toughness, heat resistance and wear resistance. It can be wielded on top of low carbon steel, alloy steel and casted steel, etc.
Wear resistant electrode（Hardness of wear-resistant overlaying welding）mainly has the following three kinds:
Corrosion resistance:HRC65-67
Heat resistance:HRC58-62
Impact resistance:HRC55-58
