Reflective Transfer Printing Film

NiYaFu reflective transfer printing film is the PET film which sticked reflective glass beads. Easy to use:  Through reversely printing hot melt adhesive onto the reflective transfer film to obtain variety of silver-grey or color graphic, then transfer these graphic on fabric or other substrates by hot pressing (thermal  transfer method) to form various reflective graphic. At night or in poor visibility environment , reflective  graphic can not only significantly improve the visibility of the wearer, but also nicely decorate the wearer's  clothing.Convenient and not easy to fall off.It can be used for clothing, upholstery and various other fabrics. Often apply to ad wear, shirt, bags, hats, aprons, and other products. Product is high brightness, good effect,  feel soft, three-dimensional sense strong, easy to transfer, washable, environmentally friendly.

Product features: 

1. whatever size of pattern, large or small like hair, all easy to transfer;

2. non-stick fabric, whether nap cloth or mesh cloth. all place where not printed gum are not bite cloth, 

    easy to tear.

3. more foldable, machine printing or hand printing, all no need to worry about product defect rate, 

    reduce waste and cost savings.

4. The glass beads are arranged more intensive, and the edge of transfer pattern are more smooth.

Reflective transfer film according to its reflective intensity were divided into the following two kinds: High  brightness grade reflective transfer film (silver>500CPL) and ordinary brightness grade reflective transfer  film (transparent>350CPL, color reflective transfer using).

Usage:

Cutting reflective film into the size needed, printing beads sticking ink one time by using the mold on which  there is the required pattern, drying, (If printing color reflective pattern, at this time, printing color ink),  then printing hot melt gum, drying. Putting the product on the fabric then hot pressing.Pressing temperature is about 145 degrees, pressing time is about 7~10 seconds or so (according to fabric characteristic decides). After cooling, tear off the surface film to  obtain reflective pattern.

Packaging: 100 m2 / roll: 1 m × 100 m (special rolls can be customized, such as 1m ×500m or other

                           roll poacking, free cut into any size, such as cut width into 25cm, 33cm, 50cm etc. ).
