It is used for manufacturing ovalizer duct. After spiral tube forming, the ovalizer duct machine expands the tube into standardized size, which is characterized of good shape, high efficiency and easy operation. It is indispensable for manufacturing ducts.
The hydraulic flattening machine(YBJ-100) is an associated equipment for making ovalizer duct. It is mainly used before the round duct turns into oval ducts. The working principle is as fllows: Flatten round spiral pipe firstly, then use ovalizer to expand it into standarized shape.
Processing range for ovalizer pipe:

1. Semicircular mould diameter: φ 150, φ 200, φ 250, φ 300, φ 350, φ 400, φ 450mm.
2. Height of column mould: 100, 200, 300, 400, 500mm
