Product Description
Characters:
Auto-line V consists of feeding shelf, leveling and grooving device, hydraulic notching and punching device, hydraulic plate-shearing machine, displacement-type pittsburgh lock former, automatic feeding platform, double-driven TDF flange former and double-driven single hem former, servo feeding platform, hydraulic TDF folder and the electric control cabinet. The whole electrical part is mastered by computer, so the positioning precision can be assured. For example, the servo motor precisely drives the plate to the folding device. Especially when producing""square duct, the folding precision is assured. The maximum feeding speed is 16m/min and the length tolerance is ±0.5mm. Line V can produce TDF flange ducts and angle iron flange ducts, during which the line is easy to be adjusted to produce each one.
This line saves space, adopts linear processing, and features in high efficiency. It can produce""shape duct with little section, and the minimum section area can be 200×200mm for TDF flange duct.

2. One machine including leveler, grooving roller machine, notching die, square die and shearer

Remarks: Weight and size of two feeding shelf are not included. Customers can order the line with different sheet materials, width of sheet and weight of coiler.
