Applications

The sandblasting level of garnet sand is very high. It can penetrate into the holes and uneven 

parts to completely removethe oxide layer, corrosion, residual salts, burrs and other debris. 

The sand-blasted surface has no insert, no adverse convex point and pits, no embedded 

sand,and achieves SA3 blasting level with uniform surface roughness.

Cleaning, descaling and surface preparation of structural steel fabrications in the oil, gas, 

petrochemical and shipyard industries prior to coating application. 

Maintenance blasting of chemical plants, pipelines, minine equipment, power stations, 

petrochemical plants, gas tanks, rail and road bridges, masonry etc.

Cost Effective: Harder, heavier, and more durable than other last abrasives, Garnet cuts 

faster,significantly increasing productivity while reducing abrasive consumption. It can be 

recycled up to 5 times without loss of performance, resulting in lower shipping, handling,
