SZL type assembly water tube boiler, adopts double drum longitudinal decorate, combustion mode was chain grate .Rated evaporation 4 ~ 20 t/h , using the higher inlet, to meet the needs of the biomass fuel .

Application:

    Combustion of biomass fuel molding, can be pure coal or mixed coal and biomass fuel molding to provide heat or power generation

Product structure:

    Consists of two large chain grate biomass boiler out of factory , up major possession including boiler body , upper steel frame and furnace wall ,lower bulk including coal bucket ,chain grate ,lower furnace wall.internal ventilation tube.

Parts of Combustion system: combustion system including coal bucket ,chain grate ,grate transmission device.

Large chain grate ,below the fire grate divided into several independent wind chamber, air distribution according to the combustion situation , uniform wind from double sides, Front wall is decorated with secondary air ,controlled by valve, Put into use when burning biomass fuels ,front of furnace is equipped with the hopper ,gate, to adjust the feeding layer thickness into the grate ,adjust the grate speed is controlled by the reducer ,slag into the bucket after combustion .
