 The inflatable rubber ball is a rubber-sealed vessel with rubber-dipped fabrics as skeleton, which could float on waters after injected with compressed air and then used as STS and STD buffer. Meanwhile, the inflatable rubber ball could absorb the impact energy of ships and reduce its reactive force and greatly improve the safety of ships upon berthing.

 （1）Sunshine inflatable rubber ball is made from top quality natural rubber with other assistant ingredients including styrene butadiene rubber etc. which ensures durability and high wearing resistance of airbags. The rubber content of airbag could be up to over 56% and its tensile strength over 20MPa.

（2）The skeleton material of Sunshine inflatable rubber ball is single three-strand top quality chinlon dipped cord fabrics with its single tensile strength up to 313.6N which greatly improves the product performances and service life.

（3）The rubber ball may be easily corroded by sea water due to long stay in sea water. Sunshine inflatable rubber ball employs the corrosion resistant flanges and stainless steel accessories, which ensures longer service life and less maintenance.

（4）Sunshine uses advanced 3D animation simulation technology to perform simulation test based on the approach speed, buffer force and collision direction etc. prior to STS or STD berthing to calculate the max. stress factor and then work out the most rational structural layout. This method effectively guarantees protection and safety of ships
