How does Instrument Needle Valve Work ?

Pioneer Instrument  Needle Valve uses a tapered pin to gradually open a space for fine control of flow. The flow can be controlled and regulated with the use of spindle . 

Materials Available

The most widely used Needle Valves are SS 316 Needle Valves .They is also available in Stainless Steel, Brass, Steel, Monel, High Duty Bronze, and Hastelloy. 


Manufacturing Process

Pioneer Instrument Needle valves are manufactured from stainless steel barstock with choice of Choice of PTFE packing.
