Catalyst RC32-18A
Application
RC32-18A is a catalyst in powder form designed to provide wrinkle finishes when used in polyester resin based powder coating formulations in combination with cross-linker RC1174. RC32-18A affects the pre-cure rheology and the cross-linking reaction of the cross-linker to form “wrinkle” textures for decorative indoor or outdoor metal furniture, grills, tool boxes, audio and video equipments, file cabinets, and other items requiring high durable finish.

Method of use and recommend levels
RC32-18A is supplied as free flowing powder with uniformly sized particles. Therefore is very easy to incorporate it in the mixture of powders at the time of pre-homogenization.
Minimum dosage level is about 1.5% on binder and cross-linker.
