Coke powder cooling casing
Coke powder cooling device is pipe shell structure, inner pipe requires cooled high temperature coke powder, cooling water passes by between pipes, 900℃ high temperature coke powder go into from coke powder cooling device upper part, countercurrent flow with outer low temperature cooling water, discharging when cooling to 300℃ below. It sets with nitrogen opening of inlet opening, outlet opening and exhaust opening on coke powder cooling device, and it also sets with thermometer hole for inspection on its bottom.
Technical requirements
1The installation and inspection of coke powder cooling device is carried out as per Technical Condition of Coke Powder Cooling Casing Manufacture & Installation.
2Tightness and leakage test should be done for coke powder cooling device, the working pressure is 0.4MPa, test pressure is 0.7MPa, no leakage for 3 hours is qualified.
3The weld seam of coke powder cooling device should be with nondestructive test, and its standard should be Class II.
4Painting
(1)Bottom: Sa2 1/2 or St3.
(2)Two times of primer is E06-281ignornic zinc anti-heat coating , each time the paint film thickness is above 25µm.
(3)top coating: two times of W61-64 organosilicone high temperature anti-corrosion paint, each paint film thickness is above 25µm
(4)top coating color : silver
(5) stainless steel part is without paint.
