The speed of the food packaging machine is regulated by the potentiometer. The keyboard on the control cabinet can display the speed of the motor. The RPM ＝（120× F057 output frequency / F052motor poles）× gear ratio. The user doesn't need to change the relative parameter as it is configured by the factory.

The tracing system is the control core of the food packaging machine. It is controlled by the PLC program. The accurate position can be carried out according to the shape and size of the packaged things. Adopting two-way tracing technology, the accuracy can be increased. When operating, the film sign sensor will check the color code and at the same time, the micro switch is tracing the position of the machine. The above two signals will be transmitted to the PLC whose Y6 (positive trace) and Y12 (reversal trace) control the tracing system. If the check doesn’t conform to the demand after tracing for setting times, the machine needs to be stopped for further checking.
