Beryllium Copper Alloy, (also named as QBe2, C17200，Beryllium Bronze Alloy ，Cube2,) is a widely used alloy material, composed of copper, beryllium and other elements. It have high performance copper alloy, after solid solution and aging hardening treatment, the characteristic of higher strength, hardness and elasticity. It also have more excellent anti-abrasion, anti-corrosion and high-and low temperature wearing and fatigue-standing property, better electricity and heating conduction, and property of non-magnetism and non-sparking while impacting. The Beryllium Bronze Alloy material is used in field of aviation, electronic and electrical equipment, communication, instrumentation , machinery, oil, chemical, mobile and electricity, automobile manufacturing, raw material and machining parts, high precision electronic components, soil heat, core, punch, hot runner cooling system. At the same time it can be used as key component and part, like electrical switch and relay blades, fuse clips, switch parts, relay parts, connectors, spring connectors, contact bridges, belleville washers, navigational instruments, clips, diaphragm, diaphragm capsule, ripple tube, spring washer, micro-engine brush and commutator, plug-in connections, switch, button, clock component, audio-part, high rank bearing, gear, mobile electrical applications, plastic mould, welding electrode, sea-bottom cable, anti-pressure case, non-sparkling tools,etc.
