Theory:
When you apply macromolecule hot melt adhesive evenly to the inner wall of the tire in the form of spraying and coating, a layer of leakproof security protection is formed within the tire. When the tire is punctured by a sharp object, the rubber applied will quickly enwrap the object tightly, and the rubber can fill the cut as soon as the object is pulled up. As a result, a leakage in the tire is prevented and the driver is able to drive safely without having to change for a new tire.
