Complete set is applicable to  the prepressing extraction of rice bran, cottonseed cake, tea cake  as well as one-time /direct extraction of soybean, cottonseed.

Oil extraction complete equipment mainly includes:

Features for this extraction complete set:

1. It is not only used for common oil material extraction, also for some oil cakes with special traits.

2. Condensing device is strengthened compared with common extraction lines.

3. Toasting part is added in desolventizing-toasting process  in order to meet the need of solvent recovery.

4. Adoption of pneumatic transmission to discharge meals reduce the water content of discharging meal and its temperature.

5. water separator and solvent tank separate independently to be more effective control of water containing soluble and soluble containing water (generally both of them separate very clearly if operated wrongly). 

6. Stainless steel material is used in corrosion-prone parts such as inner parts of condenser and water separator.

7. The addition of refrigerating unit in the vent gas recovering process and air cooling recovery condenser outside of feeding column will greatly reduce the solvent consumption. ( it needs extra fee.)

8. Vapor liquid separator in evaporating system using double structure and stainless steel net trapping overcomes solvent flooding phenomenon and makes operation more convenient and flexible, oil more clear.

9. Hot water fines catcher(commonly known as: hat head) has been removed for the larger cap on desolventizer-toaster is able to meet the requirements

10. The upper of the packing tower is stainless steel mesh corrugated packing , greatly increasing the surface area.

11. The Whole uses stepless speed reducer, greatly facilitating operation and reducing human labor intensity.

12. The continuous miscella watering technology removes meal powder and saponin and peptizing impurities to make sure crude oil more clearer.
