It is a kind of automatic paper bowl forming equipment.It makes double wall paper cup/bowl after running a whole procedure of automatic paper (fan-sleeve) feeding, sleeve-cone-body sealing (by ultrasonic wave), water-glue spraying (spray glue inside the cone-sleeve), cup/bowl feeding (absorb cup into the cone-sleeve), inserting and bonding sleeve to the cup, collecting with the function of photo electric detection, fault alarm, and count.we offer all assortments of instant noodle bowl as well as paper conic capacitance with big diameter. It adopted the latest technology in this field.

It is an ideal equipment of making two/double walls paper cups/bowls such as direct-sleeve cups, hollow-sleeve cups, rippled/corrugated-sleeve paper cups etc. The sleeve-wrapped paper cups are popular for hot drinks (tea, coffee etc).
