l Technical Features

Ø Tester completely simulates power losing events caused by all kinds of faults in transformer substation, tests the process of AAT and produces an entire and exact access to ATT. 

Ø Tester outputs at most 8 groups three-phase voltage and 4 groups single- phase voltage, at most 3 three-phase currents and 4 single-phase currents. 

Ø Tester completely simulates at most 3 voltage ranges, 8 bus voltages and 6 current of branches.

Ø Full information of 10 circuit breakers at most like position, tripping and closing signals can be simulated.

Ø All the voltages and currents varying process, position, tripping and closing signals varying process of all the switches can be simulated. Fault reason, action content and acting time of each action are recorded automatically.

Ø Main connection diagram of substation is displayed on the interface directly. Many kinds of AAT logic in several kinds of typical connections is simulated graphically and intuitively.

Ø Open-style design is available. If users have their new type of main connection, they can add test modules of new type connection conveniently by adjusting the software to accomplish universal test for main connection. 

Ø All the voltages and currents are digitally controlled, set and adjusted by program to realize high precision output.

Ø Set the voltages of each incoming line and bus conveniently with or without voltage, so does the current. 

Ø Build-in IPC with Linux operation system, 6.4”colorized screen which can display the real time connection and data.

Ø The tester can test AAT when incoming line power is recovered, and can set the test in advance for the condition that AAT or switch devices refuse to act or fail to act correctly. 

Ø All the data and test results are stored automatically and won’t get lost when power is down.

l Function & Application

   This device can simulate AAT process of all types of main connection at most 3 ranges of voltage. It can simulate primary connection in all kinds of operation modes of substations and power supply systems, also abnormal conditions of all operation modes, for example, power lost, main transformer faults, switch manually or secretly tripping, etc. While simulating the faults, it can test the process of AAT and record related data, which provides basis for long-term operation and maintenance.
