It is of a square or drum type Furnace body that can be tilted front/rear direction as a container of liquid copper.It has steel frame and steel shell, Inside the shell it is lined with chrome-magnesium.brick, thermal insulation brick and casting refractory material. Its flue pipe is in the side. The furnace body is tilted by the motors(reduction gears,motors)which drive the roller wheels. The burners are equipped in the top of the furnace, to keep correct melting temperature. In the end of the furnace, there is a auxiliary continuous material feeding opening, by which the baled copper scrap in dimensions of 400×400×400 mm, or other charge material, or additives can be fed in.The molten copper flows out of the furnace from the taphole located in rear end. The flow speed of molten copper can be controlled by the tilting angles.The furnace uses a combustion system with burners which can be fired with natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas.The PURCHASER must specify the fuel at the time of order.
