• 2.Material can be conjugated hollow siliconized polyester fiber shorter than 100mm, virgin or recycle, micro or normal fiber.
• 3.It is assembled with fiber opener and two operation tables adjusted by PLC control system.
• 4.Weighing system with tolerance about 25g each.
• 5.High capacity, each pillow 600g can finished in 6 seconds. 
• 6.The rollers are assembled with metallic V-wire so that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% without hurting the original silicon.
• 7.V-wire rollers with long life won’t hurt the main wire cloth when anything feed into the roller, but the teeth only and the machine can still running as usual.
• 8.All rollers are finished with dynamic balancing disposal, so that the machine is running without shaking.
• 9.The fiber wrapping against device of rollers and running deviation against device of conveyer belt ensure machine easy maintain and stable.
