1. Impact crusher is principally suitable to crush stony materials with compression strength greater than 150M PA, And it has a feature of greater capacity, smaller granularity and it's crushed product with cubical shape, Impact crusher applies especially to produce stone products which be used as a paving materials, and it is generally used as secondary crusher with the jaw crusher
2. Working Principle
Impact crusher involves impact to crush material. During operation, the rotor driven by the motor performs high-speed rotation, and the flat hammer installed in the rotor collides with the entered material, later the material is thrown to the impact plate to realize crushing again. With the material repeatedly being thrown to each impact plate, crushing is continuously carried out in the impact chamber, and the material will be discharged when the required size is achieved. The size and shape of the material to be discharged can be adjusted by adjusting the GAP between impact rack and rotor rack

3. Composition Structure:

It is made up of frame, eccentric shaft, grooved wheel, flywheel, moving jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle backseat, adjusting screw, returning spring, fixed jaw plate and moving jaw plate. Toggle plate is of safety function.
