Chicken Manure Dryer From SunCo Machinery:

From then on, we have seen many different drying methods with varying degrees of success. Our experience has proved that the most cost-effective and efficient method for drying poultry and farm animal manure is to use of rotary drum dryers.

Dried Chicken Manure is common among farmers. It's high in nitrogen whcih is great for vegging plants not flowering, but it can easily burn plants unless composted first. A small amount of dried chicken manure can be mixed in small concentrations directly into soil. DriedChicken manure is also a common ingredient in some mushroom compost recipes. 

Without dewatering units, Chicken Manure Dryer from SunCo Machinery can dry moisture 70%-80% chicken manure into about moisture 13% which is safety moisture for storage.

Work Flow of Chicken Manure Dryer:

Compared with normal Chicken Manure Dryer, the advantages of Chicken Manure Dryer from SunCon Machinery:
1- For the traditional chicken manure dryer, as the fresh manure is very wet (for example, moisture is 85%), usually we have to use one dewatering unit to get rid of some water in advance before being dried. To deal with it in this way, it will not only add the invest cost, but also lose many of the nutrition inside the manure, and what is more, there is environment problems such as waste water.
For our newest design chicken manure dryer, we can send the very wet cattle manure (for example moisture 85%) into the dryer directly, no need to use dewatering unit in advance.
2- For the traditional chicken manure dryer, the wet manure only contact the high temperature flue gas at the beginning of the dryer one time , and its heat efficiency is very low.
For our newest design chicken manure dryer, as the special inner design of dryer, the wet manure contact the high temperature flue gas at the beginning of the dryer firstly, then the manure goes to the end of the dryer. When the manure arrive at the end of the dryer, the manure will come back to the beginning of the dryer again, and contact the high temperature flue gas for the second time, and then the manure goes to the end of the dryer again, and finally the dry manure goes out of the dryer. In this way, the heat efficiency is much higher,
3- For the traditional chicken manure dryer, the manure goes through the dryer only one time from the beginning to the end. As the manure is very wet, it even maybe sticky and clustering onto the inner wall of the dryer. It will also reduce the heat efficiency and capacity of the dryer.
For our newest design chicken manure dryer, as the special inner design of the dryer, when the manure firstly goes to the end of the dryer, it will come back to the beginning of the dryer again, and at the beginning of the dryer, this part manure which has already lost many moisture will be mixed with the fresh wet manure which comes into the dryer at the beginning. As a result, total of the manure at the beginning of the dryer will have a less moisture. To deal with it in this way, it not only enhance the heat efficiency and capacity, but also have the function to avoid the manure to be stick onto the inner wall of the dryer.
4- For the traditional chicken manure dryer, usually there is not Heat Preservation Layer around the outside body of the dryer. As a result, during the working process, many of the heat is lost.
For our newest design chicken manure dryer, there is one thickness 40mmHeat Preservation Layer around the outside body of the dryer. As a result, the heat loss is little, and the heat efficiency is much higher.
5- For our newest design chicken manure dryer, it will need less power, maintenance fees and floor space.
6- For our newest design chicken manure dryer, there is one set new design Hot Air Furnace which is especially well suitable for partial coal, and have a high combustion efficiency and heat efficiency.
