Application of RTV silicone rubber for mould 

RTV silicone rubber for mould is primarily intended for resin ornaments, PU crafts, plaster moulding, gypsum decorations, unsaturated resin crafts, lighting and candles crafts, statue&figurines, relievo furniture, furniture decorative materials, artifacts copied, building decoration materials, large-scale cement mold, artificial fossils, simulation landscapes, animals and plants sculpture, sandstone crafts, concrete stone mold, etc. 

RTV silicone rubber for mould desription 

RTV silicone rubber for mould is a kind of flowable liquid silicone, the quality has nothing to do with the color. 

It consists of two components. Part A is a flowable liquid silicone rubber, part B is the curing agent. Firstly, after your previous work of dealing with the original model, take some RTV silicone rubber for mould, add 2%-3% curing agent of the amount of silicon, and mix them evenly. Then after vacuum-pumping the mixture, you can pour it into the mold frame. The silicone mold will cured in 2-4 hours.

RTV silicone rubber for mould are generally named as two-part room temperature sulfurated silicone rubber, which features an exceptional fluidity and good operability. When mixed with 2-3% curing agent, they can still be operated within 30 minutes, but will be formed after 2-3 hours. With resistance to deformation, high temperature, acid and alkali, and expansion, silicon flexible molds are used for mold duplication and delicate mold making for poli crafts, resin crafts lighting and candle crafts.
