Ultra Event is a sports management system designed for gyms, schools and companies, combining multiple functions such as enrollment, scheduling, check-in, result processing and report printing.

• Enrollment management: The system supports online enrollment, direct import of Excel sheets, and manual capture of enrollment information.
• Scheduling: Create game draws and book courts automatically. Supports clash teams and can't play times. Automatically generate official score sheets and players numbers, and print the number sheets.
• Result management: After results are inputed, the system can generate the rankings, automatically complete the check-in and grouping for intermediaries, and automatically report the results of teams and individuals.
• Comprehensive information query: the system has powerful indexing and query functions, and supports query of player information, enrollment information, event information, results and rankings of teams as well as individuals.
• Report output: the system has diverse reporting functions, and supports export and printing of Excel data as well as printing of performance reports for each individual, team, event and date.
