Application Range
Construction technology
1.The lap way of the tpo waterproof membranes system is hot air welding .
2.Construction for plane basic:
The first step is to pay-off.The laid direction of the membranes should keep vertical with the direction of steel plate wave .Before the construction it is necessary to pre-register laid.Put the membranes on the basic according to outline ,level off straight,there may not be distorted.Lap width is 5cm (adopts automatic welding machine welding lap width to 8cm),and the appropriate clipping.Installation fixed a according to design a fixed position.Around parts of the need for membranes partial or details need to the parts of the blinding ,according to actual situation of folded,from folding place respectively in membranes and level surface,the recommended amount with rubber roller coated with a layer of adhesive glue. Stay dry and adhesive half not glue the hand ,make the stay sticky face close up to pressure roller compaction ,and then also not folding part folded up as stated before ,which in turn on .
Welding lap side ,lap for 50-80mm width ,with manual welding torch or even automatic welding machine welding process.
Welding place material surface requirement: wiping clean surface water ,oil and the dirt .
Most of the membranes laid ends on the processing of detail membranes.
