Formats for files : there is no fixed formats for printed goods, you need tell the context to the supplier, and you need tell the requirements to the supplier and the supplier make simple design for you. If you already have the e-copy for the design you need, you can send it to the supplier in formats among  EPS, JPG, AVI, PSD, CDR and TIF. The supplier will make reasonable modifications upon your design and send back to you for approval.
