The Output of this machine is 2-20 T/h, and the power is 4-22 KW.

The machine has absorbed all advantages of domestic crushers. It is a kind of durable equipment with low noise and high efficiency.It can not only be used for the crusher of pellet fodder but also soybean, corn and soft materials.

Characteristic:

1. The mixing chamber is “W” horizontal shell shape, Double shaft and many paddles. The spraying system (spray nozzle & fittings) is on top of mixer can meet light and heavy bulk density materials mixing, improve the liquid atomizing and prevent from agglomerating
2. Specially designed discharger has big door-opening angle and quick discharging with little residue. Good tightness and no products leakage;
3. High mixing speed and homogeneity. It makes materials can be mixed and no influenced for bulk density, filling degree in state of loss weight;
4. It is widely used for mixing of powder, granular, flake, block, irregular and sticky materials in the industries of feed, cereal, food, chemicals, medicines, pesticides, etc.

Application:

The machine is suitable for various blending powdery materials such as premix materials, livestock and poultry feed, aquafeed, additive, food, chemistry and pharmaceutical industries.

With short mixing (45~60s), fast discharging and high homogeneous mixing degree (CV≤3~5%) , The full length double open doors ensure fast discharging and minimum residues.This mixer can be applied for admixing several liquids.
