1' The rollers are made form Chilled Cast Iron,its smooth surface is highly polished,possessing high hardness and abrasive resistance.
2' The roller is hollow structure:saturated steam and colling water can be inputted in the empty roller to adjust the temperature of the roller,it also can be heated by electrical heated tube in the roller.
3' Desktop configuration of the machine,while the gear reducer is set up inside the base,the roller and rack is onside,makes the machine compact structure,low noise and etc.
4'Small size Rubber Mixing Mill adopts electrical heated tube for heating,Digital Readout temperature control,make the control more accurate.
