Main purpose:

Structure and principle:
Disc centrifuge is a vertical centrifuge, drum mounted on top of vertical shaft, driven by the motor through the gears and high-speed rotation. Each drum has a set of stacked disc parts - disc. Disc and leave a small gap between the discs. Suspension (or emulsion) in the drum by the feed tube by adding the center of the drum. When the suspension (or emulsion) flow through the gap between the disc, the solid particles (or droplets) in the role of the centrifuge sediment sink down to form a disc (or the liquid layer).
