Air pad is made from two rolls of flat film which are inflated with air, heat sealed and perforated, then automatically wound into a large weight roll.
Select the best packing solutions from a large range of air pad size possibilities. The AP-5201 can process film from various quantities and thickness.

Excellent buffer effect---Each air cube can sustain 100kg weight, yielding effective filling between air pad and external packaging. This prohibits expanded spacing inside carton boxes en-route and occasional damage caused by shifting positions and shocking of goods.
Lower packing cost--- Air pad consist of 99% air and 1% film, a 30~50% cost reduction compare to other filling solutions.
