LHTCS-106 Ferric Oxide Desulfurization Catalyst
1. Product introduction
LHTCS-106 type room temperature ferric oxide desulfurization catalyst, iron oxide as the main active ingredient, adding a variety of promotor mixed with carrier. It can effective removal the toxic, harmful and corrosive hydrogen sulfide in gas, so as to achieve the required index of city gas, and also have obvious removal effect to the nitric oxide colloid, cyanide.
It has features of high sulfur capacity, low bed resistance, wide applicability, easy operation, continuous reproduction (also inside intermittent regeneration), regeneration technology simple process, excellent quality and cheap price, it can bring significant economic efficiency and prominent social benefits to users.
2.Application
It is widely used in fertilizer,chemical, petrochemical, coal chemical etc.industrial raw materials and the removal of hydrogen sulfide in process gas, the dry removal of H2S in the sulfur-bearing gas such as natural gas,water gas,semi-water gas,carbon gas,shift gas,coke oven gas,liquefied gas,methane,CO2 and city gas.it also has good effect of organic sulfur’s desulfurization.

4. Theories of the desulfurization and regeneration
Desulfurization: Fe2O3.H2O+3H2S=Fe2S3.H2O+3H2O
Regeneration: 2Fe2S3.H2O+3O2=2Fe2O3.H2O+6S
The regeneration is a strong exothermic reaction
If there is O2 in the air,or O2/H2S≥2.5,the desulfuration and regeneration can be continuous,those two formular can be merged in one: 2H2S+O2=H2O+2S.the ferric oxide act as the catalyst in fact.
