Chemical property:
TAIC is very stable and can be long-time stored at normal temperature. Functional group of TAIC is Triallyl with the aliphatic general connectedness, such as varies of addition reaction, homopolymer and copolymer reaction,linking reaction and prins reaction. TAIC of functional groups for the triallyl, the general continuity of the aliphatic, such as a variety of addition reaction, homopolymer and copolymer reaction linking reaction and prins reaction. Be heated in air above140℃ from the dimerization reaction, becomes transparent, hard homopolymer.
Toxicity:
LD50=660mg/kg (laboratory tested) All the homopolymers, copolymers of ethylene series, and thermoplastic of TAIC crosslinking are non-poisonous.
Application:
1.High quality crosslinking coagent for improvement of crosslinking efficiency by three functional allyl groups, such as exchange resin, acrylic acid type and styee type, unsaturated polyester.
2. Heat resistance modifier agent for plexiglass and epoxy resin and DAP.
3. As a kind of multifunctional alkene monomer with aromatic heterocycle.
4. As curing agent of some specialty elastomers, such as EPR, fluororubber and CPE.
5. Various polymers can be greatly improved by copolymerization:
