Redispersible emulsion powder is a kind of powder adhesive agent made of special emulsion (high molecular polymer—copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate, copolymer of vinyl acetate and vinyl versatate, acrylic acid copolymer and so on, and it takes poval as protective colloid) by sponging drying method. The powder can re-disperse into emulsion quickly when contacts with water, and the emulsion has the same property with the raw emulsion. After evaporation, the emulsion can form into membrane which is highly flexible, highly resist to elements, and highly cohesive to all base materials. The redispersible emulsion powder is a kind of multifunctional building material of environmental protection, energy saving and good quality, and is the indispensable functional agent of dry mixed mortar.

The redispersible emulsion powder has strong cohesiveness when it is added into mortar. And it can improve flexibility of mortar strikingly, prolong the storage period of mortar, strengthen alkali resistance of mortar.
