1.Characteristic

2.New technology

(1) Screw compensation device: A screw compensation device is installed on the rotation head, which makes the Kelly bar connection and undo more easy, protect the screw of Kelly bar, extends the lifetime of Kelly bar and avoid the impact when the Kelly bar is changed.

(2) Double rotation heads: Double-head working is the core technology and innovation of anchor drilling rig, specially used in the hard stone formation. It consists of rotation head for the outer Kelly bar, rotation head of the inner Kelly bar, double-layer kelly bar, hydraulic hammer or air hammer. Through the different rotation of outer and inner Kelly bar and the hydraulic impact or air impact from the inner bar, the drilling speed can be fast. The effective drilling depth in the soft formation can be 200 meter and can dill in the soft stone.

(3) Unique planar four-bar linkage: this makes our anchor drilling rig different from the most rig both at home and abroad. Through the two groups of planar four-bar linkage, the rotation track can be moved in different ways, which can be used in the left, right, forward and down drilling, increase the flexibility and adaptability.

(4) Through the movement of the oil cylinders on the undercarriage, the angle between the upper part and undercarriage can be adjusted, which makes it possible to adjust the gravity of this drilling rig when rig is on the slope or on the unleveled ground and makes sure the gravity is always in the best position.

(5), ydraulic system:

This hydraulic system adopts the load sensor variable system, power protection and pressure cut-off function; Best power match is realized in different working conditions when the flow rate of different components are fitted, avoiding the flameout of engine when load is changed suddenly, avoiding the power waste. The main return adopts pilot control, which is easy, flexible and accurate, adjusting the speed of different components, ensures the continuously variable speed and stable running.
