1. The die cutter phase is controlled by computer and electric digital with 360 degree adjustment.
2.uniflair glue die-cutting cushion roller servo traces simultaneously, when the restored roller is input inside the servo computer system, it will calculate accurately and follow the print speed to ensure velocity of blade line the same as cushion roller and make the formation of die cutting beautiful and same in size ,No matter how the diameter of the cushion changes, the die cutting plate will not be damaged .The upper and lower roller of the cushion and cutting adopts the design of different size, the servo system ensure the automatic deviation of the cushion; in addition, the renovated cushion could be used for many times and greatly reduce the use cost.
3. The cushion roller’s mechanical, horizontal cam facility from +40mm to -40mm could raise the service life of the cushion of the die-cutting.
4. Light alloy aluminum with several groups of rolling bearing, back-kick type vacuum adsorption paper feed institutions, the machine runs more smoothly.
