IXPE insulation tube
Polyethylene cross-linked foam IXPE PEF products with excellent characteristics, such as high expansion ratio, low density, thin, smooth surface, high flexibility, high toughness, ease of secondary processing. IXPE products are the advanced countries of the world's known as the pollution-free products, production process, does not cause environmental pollution, the product can be easily recovered after use, incineration is not a serious air pollution.
IXPE physical characteristics
Appearance: closed-cell structure, the foam fine uniform, smooth, soft surface.
Adiabatic: the subtle independent bubble structure, reduce air convection caused by energy exchange, and both the anti-condensation, the normal operating temperature range is -120 ℃ to +80 ℃.
Physical properties: physical properties, tensile strength and excellent shock absorption and resilience after losing by the strong impact of the reduction.
Sound-absorbing: a noise reduction function
Water vapor over the penetration rate: much lower than the PS and PU foam.
Water resistance: the obturator small cell structure, low water absorption.
Chemical resistance: acid, alkali and various organic solvents.
Environmental protection: IXPE non-toxic, odorless, chemical resistance, oil resistance, acid resistance, halogen and other types of chemical performance.
Anti-aging properties: in particular, added anti-aging agents, light stabilizers, it has excellent UV resistance and anti-aging function
