Performance Feature:

The equipment works on the principle of hot-compression forming, the chain drives the template transmission. It’s controlled by PLC man-machine interface system. It has such advantages as humanization, intelligent and stable performance. The machine can complete a set of automatic packing process: Blister forming-Cutting- Blister automatic into the hole-- loading card automatically-Hot sealing. It don't need to increase the equipment of the intermediate link, the production efficiency is greatly increased.

1、 Send products automatically according to various products (such as dry battery, lipstick, glue stick and so on.)

2、 Heating form can be either heating up or heating down.

3、 The material can be taken by manipulator either in translation or in overturn.
