Superior fire performance: Phenolic foam insulation board is nonflammable, its combustion performance is up to Class A, maximum service temperature can reach 180 ° C (to allow for instantaneous 250 ° C). The anti-flame capability of a phenolic foam panel with thickness of 100 mm is without being penetrated for burning for one hour or more. And it will be carbonized with no dripping, no curling, no melting . A layer of "graphite foam" would be formed on the surface and which can protect the inner structure of the foam.
