1)Product description:
Apply to high tensile strength copper layer material with thickness of 0.25mm or more. It has a copper thickness,a good adhesion and does not peel (can be rolled threads) and onther features.Electroforming copper grounding electrodes is a double metallic composite materials, and it is the new ground material of steel copper plating processing with low carbon steel as the steel core. The product not only include high strength, constant low resistivity and high permeability characteristics of steel,but also has the good conductivity and excellent corrosion resistance of copper.
◆ With a good grounding effect, low cost, easy construction, strong conductivity, good corrosion resistance characteristics.
◆ Plating process is combined with the electrolytic copper with appearance of 99.9% and steel by molecules, there will be no copper layer of skin peeling off.
◆ Steel body is completely covered with a layer of copper (including the two sections and rods). Compare with similar products, it looks more beautiful, just like pure copper.
◆ Have better anti-corrosion and conductivity: because copper grounding rods is entirely under the protection layer, so its conductivity and corrosion rate is better than similar products.
◆ The thickness of one-sided copper layer can reach its thickest 0.5mm; conventional single-sided copper layer products is 0.25mm, its service life is 30 years.
◆Improve the depth of ground:By a special connection transmission mode, it can embed 35 meters deep underground, in order to meet the low-resistance requirements for special occasions.

4)Product installation:
1. The grounding electrode should be buried in the ground which will not be dry for the whole year and be below deeper than 70cm, and in rock areas grounding electrode can be buried in a optional depth and increase the depth as much as possible.
2. Each grounding electrode should be connected with itself the A-side hot dip galvanized flat steel or greater than the cross-sectional area of 35mm2 bare stranded copper wire ,and then be connected with ground network .
3. Spacing of each pole should be larger than 2m (or confirm the spacing optionally according to terrain), and can only be buried in the ground outside the network landscape.
4. The ground electrode uses 4 package (100kg) of backfill in the normal condition,but in relatively dry soil or place where perennial soil resistivity is greater than 500Ω • m region ,we will use 5 to 10 packets of backfill in order to establish good water vapor channel.
