PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY:The pre-made crispy dough is brought into the main machine for pressing and forming two times, and then the dough is stuffed and wrapped with the stuffing machine and sealed, parted and formed with patter kneading machine.The thickness of the dough is even and the elasticity is stable.The pure imitation of manual work ensure that the backing technology is not affected,The appearance is smooth,natural,and beautiful with clearly-layered crispy pastes and keeps original flavors.
APPLICATIONS: It is applicable for large and medium cake manufacturers to produce different crispy cakes with different regional features(such as Fujian mung bean and hamburgers with different local flavors.
