Silicone molding Compounds LYGM-301 has good mechanical strength , excellent electrical insulation properties, high temperature/moisture resistance. And it's mechanical strength and electrical properties almost not affected by temperature. Have good liquidity, rapid curing when under 150°C , and transfer molding method can be used. Obtained products by LYGM-301 have excellent heat resistance, moisture resistance , ARC resistance. And dielectric properties will remain in same level even if it's moistured or flooded. It can work well at 300°C, the mechanical strength and electrical properties will not affected .
