Abrasion resistant screen deck — Product feature

Xinhai abrasion-resistant rubber has all the resilience for effective material rebound to provide efficient stratification and separation without pl ing and building. Enough resilience can keep the oversize product airborne as the through product moving freely under it seeking openings. But wire cloth screens can not of this and so rubber screen decks provide highly efficient screening and their advantages are almost perfect.

With wire cloth (E-2A) near-size material jams in the openings and is held captive. With Xinhai screen deck (E-2B), the specification opening in the Xinhai that has been selected for sizing the material is slightly smaller than the opening in the supporting metal plate underneath. This overlap presents only a “live” resilient surface for particles to work against rejecting the oversize and accepting the undersize without hesitation. The flexing properties of Xinhai screen and specially controlled perforating technique virtually eliminate pl ing and blinding.

Abrasion resistant screen deck — Product application

There are four types of Xinhai screen deck panels divided according to the combination mode with metal frame or size of rubber screen deck i.e. XH-I、XH-II、XH-III and XH-IV.

a. XH-I screen

XChoosing suitable product from Xinhai abrasion resistance rubber is depended on the working condition of materials.

XH-I screen includes circular hole type, square hole type and strip hole type. The first one is spliced on the steel plate using XHL rubber binding agent. Square and strip hole type are usually used for vulcanizing the Linard rubber and steel rope.

b. XH-Ⅱ screen

The XH-Ⅱ screen is suitable for washing ore and screening fine particles.

c. XH-Ⅲ and XH-Ⅳ screen

The XH-Ⅲ and XH-Ⅳ screen could be made to small diamonds and fixed by rubber bolt. The service life of our screen is 10-20 times than that of steel screen. What is more, we have different mould which could meet various requirements of customers.

Depending on the material nature, different working conditions and different occasions, choose a different abrasion resistance rubber for screen, will achieve the best results.
