This series valve’s body has two structures: foundry and welding with backing. Generally speaking, 150Lb is flat structure, ≥300Lb is round structure. In order to reduce weight, we usually adopt near ellipse structure. At the same time, the body is straight pipe to reduce flow resistance modulus and convenient for cleaning pipe. ≤150Lb is usually flat welding structure.
Adopt floating single flashboard structure. Considering standard requirement, you can circumgyrate the hand wheel along clockwise to turn off valve. No matter open or close, disc and seat is contacting all the time, and the seal surface is protected but not is scoured by medium. (Only limit to flat gate valve with dimension hole) the disc has antisepticise and less friction modulus function because it is processed special treatment on its surface. Line PTFE seal ring on a set of floating seat seal surface so that its work pressure can achieve to 20MPa and form double seal structure with disc. Because of preload tightening O type ring action, the entrance and exit of valve can actualize double seal, and the celom is isolating with channels completely. So that we can exam the valve in the working condition and eliminate the celom leftover.
The flange of stem and disc adopt asbestos gasket, and the circular valve flange adopts O type seal ring.
There is indication pole in the valve that can express open degree.
Stem and seat are processed special surface treatment.
The drive manners are hand wheel drive, bevel gear drive, electric drive, pneumatic drive, hydraulic drive, etc.
Turning the hand wheel along clockwise is close and anticlockwise is opening. Face to face：acc to JB、GB or API 16D。
Flange dimension：acc to JB、GB or ANSI B16.5（≤24）, jointing flange acc to ANSI B16.25.
