        Sterilization system is the most crucial process in gelatine production line, especially for pharmaceutical and edible gelatine, which has great impact on the bacterical index of final production. The concentrated gelatine solution is mixed with the purified clean steam at the pressure of  0.4-0.6Mpa, and keep the mixture in the tube for 4s at the temperature of 140°C, which is the temperature required to kill bacteria in gelatine. Besides that the direct flash steam sterilization unit can make the solution much more concentrated and the temperature drops to 55 °C quickly, which has little side-effect to the bloom  and viscosity value. It proves that the steriliation system is the best choice for gelatine sterilization.
