Permanent cylindrical wet magnetic separator is use for wet separation of ferromagnetic minerals and non-ferromagnetic minerals. It can work
continuously with its large working clearance, good magnetic depth, and
strong processing capacity. Its working principle is that when the pulps
enter the magnetic zone, the ferromagnetic minerals are absorbed at the
wall of the cylinder. The weekly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are
then swung off. Thus, the ferromagnetic minerals and non-ferromagnetic minerals are separated by this permanent cylindrical wet magnetic
separator. The cylinder of this permanent cylindrical wet magnetic separator can be matched with three kinds of tanks: CTS, CTN and CTD for different separation requirements. The CTS is suitable for roughing and concentrating minerals with a granularity range from 0 to 6mm. CTN is suitable for both roughing and concentrating minerals with a granularity range from 0 to 0.6mm and recycling dense media in coal preparation industry. CTD is suitable for roughing and concentrating minerals with a granularity range from 0 to 0.5mm. It is particularly suitable for concentrating of minerals with a granularity range from 0 to 0.15mm.
