Product Description

Our company has a wide variety of high quality spiral chute. Kunding Spiral chute is a kind of gravity separator used in processing fine ores with a enrichment of 75~150,so it is preferred in goldmine, silver mine, lead and zinc mine, tin mine, ilmenite, pyrite,hematite,limonite,tantalite, non-metallic mineral slime etc.

Operating principle

A spiral trough consists of helical conduit of semicircular cross-sections and ports which are located at the lowest points in the cross-sections to remove the specific-gravity particles. Pulp is introduced at the top of the spiral trough when wash water is being added to adjust the concentration of pulp. As the pulp flows downward, the sand and ore of different density, size and shape will separate under the influence of gravity and centrifugal force.
